INCORPORATION PRESENTATION

 

Working in teams of two, you are to make a short presentation, either video, powerpoint, prezi (http://prezi.com/), or other presentation software, explaining the facts and importance of your particular Supreme Court decision.  You must include in your presentation about your case the following information:

·         Name of the Case

·         Year of the Case

·         Appellant

·         Apellee

·         Facts of the Case

·         Legal Aspects of the Case

such as the reasons why the Supreme Court granted cert or which Constitutional right is in dispute.

·         Court of Origin

·         Plaintiff

·         Defendant

·         Decision of the Lower Court

·         Decision of the Supreme Court

·         Importance as Precedent

Use the OYEZ (http://www.oyez.org/) site as your primary source of information, and any other material you find interesting or informative, including pictures, cartoons, maps, illustrations, and audio or video clips, can also be included in your presentation.

Your case will be due in class next Monday, May 10, and you should be prepared to present your creation to the class!
